Warm competent friendly. I needed a plumber for my new vanity and sink. They attached the pipe and made sure the vanity was stable. Additionally the technician took time to clean the area when the job was completed. This kind and quality of service is rare. I would use this service again.and again.

Rebecca was very responsive to our request for an estimate to upgrade our panel. She scheduled Mr. Friday, an experienced electrician who had previously wired up our 220v kiln in the garage. Had a great consultation with Mr. Friday who thoroughly explained panel technical details. After discussing what we had been thinking with Mr. Friday, he determined we did not need to upgrade our panel and the work we are contemplating can be supported with our current panel with plenty of circuits to spare. He was very thoughtful and patiently explained electrical requirements to us in a manner we could understand. It was great talk with this professional and we will definitely be calling Beacon for any future electrical requirements. A great team to work with.

Called Beacon again to install and hardwire low voltage under shelf lighting that came with floating shelves we were installing. Spoke with Rebecca again and she was friendly and helpful as always, really very easy to work with - funny and cheerful. She arranged for Bryce to come out the same day. Bryce was professional and well spoken. We discussed the work and he had great ideas to improve the installation that I had been thinking about. We agreed on the work, he provided an estimate and once I agreed he got right to work. He set up the work area, laid out protective measures and worked diligently to accomplish the work. It was a pleasure to work with him. In summary, another outstanding Beacon experience - all accomplished on the day I called.

Andres was awesome!! Very nice and took his time to do things right and make sure of everything. He even showed me what he was doing. And explained everything that he was showing me, and it was really interesting!

John did a very thorough job. He fixed the gas leak and took his time to look at things that caught his attention. He informed me of things that would probably need service in the near future.

Alex did a great job getting our kitchen sink unclogged. It took him two days because the clog was so bad, but he managed to get it taken care of.

Luis was extremely courteous and knowledgeable, he knew exactly what needed to be fixed and didn’t charge me an arm & a leg to repair. I will definitely use again in the future and pass along their name to friends

The technician, Nelson Mota, did a great job replacing the electrical outlet. He was courteous and friendly, arrived on time, and quickly found the problem and fixed it. I couldn't ask for better service!

I just had a GREAT experience with Beacon. Maurice G and Devin E came out to quote me on a lot of electrical work, including a new panel and charging port. They genuinely felt like trustworthy guys, so we initiated about 4 days of work. I couldn't be happier with the level of detail and service the guys provided. Please, if you need work done, consider Beacon and more importantly, ask for Maurice and Devin. The panel itself looks like a work of art!

Just added a Halo filtration system along with a reverse osmosis faucet to my house. John Katsiotis did the consulting, selling and the installation. I couldn’t be happier with the level of service and care. I think a lot of us are worried about our water right now and I’m feeling very comfortable knowing I had these installed. John K is so knowledgeable when it comes to water so please, take his advice.

Zak is incredibly professional and the best plumbing technician we gave dealt with and we have tried so many through the years. Mary was incredibly professional and an excellent communicator making sure everything was arranged and we always knew the status. We required services more than one day and everything was handled well and cleaned up spotlessly. Zak is intelligent, thorough and explains everything well.

Best plumbing service and believe me we have tried many. Highly recommend. In fact I have not done reviews of others as they were not at this level.
