We have trusted Beacon Home Services with previous electrical work. Recently we contacted BHS to replace/upgrade our home electrical distribution panel with surge protector and included a generator interlock kit. This was a major project and BHS once again exceeded expectations. We were fortunate to have Nelson as our assigned electrician on our first service call with BHS, and we have requested him on our subsequent service calls including this project. Nelson is outstanding. Extremely qualified and professional, with exceptional attention to detail. All aspects of the project were well managed by BHS: Scheduling, obtaining necessary permits, coordinating with the utility company, to the final inspection. BHS handled it all. We also took advantage of BHS financing. Incredibly simple process and immediate approval. This was a major electrical project and I know it was done correctly and my family and home are safer. We are completely satisfied with all aspects of BHS. From the initial phone call to request service, to the initial visit to assess the job and provide the written estimate, to all the follow-up communications from Rebecca, prior to the arrival of the electrician. When the job was complete, the General Manager, Katie, also followed-up with us to ensure nothing was overlooked. I recommend BHS for electrical work.

Excellent experience with them. I needed them to check my water pressure and replace some on/off valves. Several plastic in/out ones failed at the same time. They were able to come out the next day - a great help when you have a family and don’t have time to attempt a fix yourself by waiting until the weekend and taking all day…to then still maybe need professional help.
They came when they said they would, diagnosed the problem, got (better) replacement parts, and had all three replaced in a few hours. One of the lines was a little noisier than the old, and he even smoothed out the bend a bit to make a wider turn radius so it didn’t kink the line. That fixed the extra noise.
I will keep them in mind if I need any more plumbing work.

Robert Nichols showed up promptly and on time and immediately started accessing the plumbing issues I was experiencing. October 6th 2026 : third time I've had Beacon Home Services out. Shawn was great, he replaced my outdoor motion detector light and fixed a socket in my home. Perfectly professional, friendly, and the work looks great! And I got notifications and phone calls at each stage to let me know when he was coming, when he was on his way, and that he was here. Can't say enough about this company!
