They are very kind and professional. I got an estimate for replacing several lights. 5 stars for customer service. However the estimate seems a bit high.

Amy and Gabriel were an absolute please to work with. Amy was customer service and Gabriel was the electrician installing an EV car charger. Everything when very smoothly and their estimates came in under the others. I'd definitely use Beacon again and would ask for Amy and Gabriel.

We had another great experience with Beacon Home Services! Robert, our technician, came today for a routine water tank inspection. He was right on time, very professional, knowledgeable, and truly a pleasure to talk with. He’s such a nice young man and a wonderful representative of the company.

Just wanted to drop a quick note about Robert Nichols. He installed a new toilet in my bathroom on Friday. He is super friendly knowledgeable and courteous.
