What to Expect During Your Maintenance Appointment

During your annual plumbing maintenance appointment, we:
- Tag all valves for easy identification
- Locate any leaks
- Inspect all drains
- Inspect all faucets
- Inspect the garbage disposal
- Inspect and test the water heater
- Inspect the washing machine hoses and connections
- Inspect the dishwasher hoses and connections
- Inspect and test the main water pressure valve
During your annual electrical maintenance appointment, we:
- Inspect your electrical panel for corrosion or other damage
- Inspect and test breakers and fuses
- Test incoming utility line voltage
- Inspect outlets and switches
- Inspect attic and crawl space for fire hazards
- Test smoke detectors
- Test carbon monoxide detectors
