Nelson over at Beacon was absolutely professional, helpful, and killed it. He helped me with electrical issues I was having, made additional recommendations for future service, and was overall incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I think Beacon epitomizes quality over quantity, and I'll be sticking with them for future!

We live in a historic house, and we lost power on our second floor. We had multiple other companies come out and tell us we needed to rewire the whole house, but Chris identified the issue right away and found a cheaper solution to simply change out the old wiring in the area that was causing the issue, saving us thousands! We can’t thank Beacon enough!!

This company and Josh are A+ quality and they will be the only plumbers and electricians we will use in the future. They came out promptly and kept us informed of every step during our emergecy situation. Josh was very reassuring and willing to answer all our questions.

We had a situation that no one ever wants. Our young grandson flushed some cosmetics down the toilet and now it didn't work right. I was able to get 3 of the items out but it still didn't work right. Luis was removed the toilet and pulled out the remaining iten. He reinstalled the toilet and all is well!

Christian was great. He was very knowledgeable and replaced all 4 switches very efficiently!

Bryan and Michelle were excellent! Michelle kept me informed of my appointment status and Bryan was fantastic. He was very professional, communicated with me every step of the way in finding the source of a leak from my guest bathroom. He was polite and made sure he answered any questions I had. He was very patient with giving me time to make decisions on what work I wanted to proceed with. I will definitely use Beacon again for my plumbing needs.

Hernain arrived on time he put on shoe footies. Was very pleasant. He was aware of the work that was needed to be completed. After being shown the devices that needed to be replaced and discussed the need for adding carbon monoxide detection to three of the devices, he provided an estimate for that work and other services that I will have done in the future. Hernain replaced the smoke detectors on three levels very quickly and neatly. I am very pleased with Hernain's professionalism and his work. Beacon is truly a first rate organization, from their professional technicians down to their management staff. I’ve had up close experience with both, so I know. Making sure their customers are totally satisfied and happy with the services they provide, I have found, is important to them. No, I’m not a ringer, I’m an actual customer. Sadly, it’s been may experience that companies who are guided by such a philosophy are a rarity.

Recently Luis Ponce with Beacon Home Services came out to our home to replace some older water pipes. I normally find having work performed in my house to be a bit unnerving. Mr. Ponce possesses such a personable, honest and respectful demeanor that I felt quite at ease as he completed all of the work. He always arrived on time, wore shoe covers, kept me informed of his progress and made sure I understood all the work that he had done. I would highly recommend Mr. Ponce and Beacon Home Services for your plumbing and electrical home issues.

This was my second time using Beacon and it was fabulous! I called on a holiday and they were able to send someone out the next day. Mt technician Nestor was punctual, courteous, and very professional. I could tell he took pride in his work. I will definitely use Beacon the next time I need a home repair.

We had an issue with a blown main fuse at the office causing our HVAC to start working. Called Beacon at 9:30 AM and Maurice and Devin showed up at 11:30 am. Maurice and Devin were awesome tracing the problem and restoring the electricity to the office! This is the first time that we have used Beacon, but it will not be the last!!

Kevin provided top notch service. He was clear in outlining the work to be performed and the costs associated with the project. Ee are very pleased with the quality of work and service.

Emailed Beacon Home Services early in the morning regarding a water heater problem and received a response within an hour. The technician, Cesar was great. He diagnosed the problem and provided through solutions. He performed the installation of a new water heater that day.

Juan came over and fixed all of our electrical problems in the most efficient way. Such a nice gentleman and he's very cooperative. I would recommend him to everyone.

Mr. Friday came by to do a bunch of work on our new home. He explained everything thoroughly and had everything done very neatly and quickly. Michelle in dispatch was also very efficient and kind. Really appreciate it!

Team member was courteous and on time. Diagnose problem and provided a solution. Visit fee was $65. Total charge ended up being 264 for diagnosis. Recommended running a new outlet in our garage had a price that seemed twice as high as necessary, which we declined.

My wife and I recently contacted Beacon Home Services to schedule an appointment for electrical services to install a new ceiling fan and replace a faulty toggle switch. Our technicians Will and Bryce did an amazing job from beginning to end. They were arrived at the promised time and reviewed the project with us, including various options. They were efficient in their work and extremely personable and respectful. The customer service provided was exemplary. We are planning to install additional ceiling fans in the near future, and will not hesitate to contact Beacon again and request Will and Bryce to perform the work. We have been and continue to be very pleased with our experiences with Beacon Home Services.

We had Friday out yesterday and today to move some electrical outlets in our kitchen and to fix some electrical outlets in the bathroom. (The latter was a fire hazard so it was very important that that got resolved.) Friday identified what was wrong and quickly and expertly fixed it. We could not be happier with Fridays work, and shout out to Michelle for connecting us to him.

Luis came out on short notice to fix a gas leak. He went beyond and provided recommendations to prevent a recurrence.

I have been procrastinating regarding some plumbing work. Eventually, I knew I needed to move forward. I did so with Beacon Home Services. It was a shockingly pleasant experience. I spoke with Michelle to make the appointment. She was pleasant and patient while I explained what I needed. She worked to get me scheduled as quickly as my schedule permitted. In the day of the appointment she let me know when to expect the plumber. Nestor was the plumber. He arrived on time with a cheerful and informative attitude. I walked him through my projects. With each, he explained the problem and my options to address the issue. Nestor provided clear explanations with the various estimates, making suggestions for other improvements that could be incorporated with the required fixes, but being very clear in terms of required fixes vs suggested fixes. Once the work was done, Nestor walked me through the updates, making sure that my questions and concerns were addressed. Overall this was a 10 out of 10 experience for me. I am happy to share that all of my anxiety was completely unnecessarily! Thank you to Michelle and Nestor for your help! I will definitely continue to work with Beacon Home Services for additional plumbing work.

Jonathan Beavers of Beacon Hill Services was punctual, polite and performed excellently. Replaced leaky valve in 1/2hr at 1/2 the cost expected from other plumbers.

Joshua Sanchez Velasco came in and saved my home from a potential house fire and quite possibly my families lives after it was improperly installed by an unqualified contractor. Josh came in quickly and ripped out all the electrical and rewired everything restoring safety and peace of mind in my home. I am forever grateful for the work he has done and will absolutely use him and Beacon Home Services for any future electrical needs!

Excellent service and attention to detail.

This electrician was knowledgeable and thorough.

Quick response time was orchestrated by Michelle. On site, Craig explained possible causes of our electrical issues as best he could based upon the information we were able to provide and was able to provide a variety of services he and Johnathan could perform that could possibly resolve our issues. We determined the course of action we were comfortable with and had them proceed with making the fixes. A night of winds and heavy rains provided a good test to their fixes. So far, so good. There were no electrical impacts resulting from the weather. All were easy to work with. We will use them again.

Excellent inspection and service today from Mr. Zach Furney! Needed some work on the pressure regulator, flushed the water heater, and generally scooped out some future work very patiently. Great experience, excellent work.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Nestor who was our technician. He also gave additional maintenance information. Michele was very helpful in keeping me up to date about Nestor’s arrival time.

The quality of work was excellent. This project was very complex requiring coordination with Fairfax County Inspection Division, Dominion Energy, and Ark Solar. Craig and his assistant upgraded a very old 100 amp electric panel with upmost professionalism on three very hot days.

Friday was great. Professional. Efficient. Highly recommend.

Called to repair a leaky faucet and the technician found rusted main valves and expansion tank. Replaced corroded pieces and fixed the faucet. Job well done. Will be using them again when the need arises. New jobs: 1) replaced a “washer box” (the water supply for the washing machine) and (2) replaced the dryer outlet and circuit breakers for the dryer. Both jobs completed quickly and efficiently
