Christian spent over 12 hours at my house. He completed all of my projects with incredible detail. He had a great attitude and was easy to work with. He's fantastic!

Called in and spoke with Rebecca and Kristina. They were able to find an electrician for me same day. I was scheduled at 10am to have someone come by at 135pm. Chris came by and looked over why my circuit breaker continued to trip. We looked over and solved the problem together. Chris was informative and made sure all my questions were answered. 10/10 would use Beacon again, this team was awesome.

Rebecca did a great job dispatching our call and David Lanham quickly diagnosed our electrical problems and got to work resolving them. He gave us recommendations on lighting to resolve heat in our recessed lights. The whole experience was very professional.

When I needed an electrician, I telephoned Beacon Home Services on Tuesday morning. I spoke with Rebecca who listened patiently and professionally noted my needs. She responded promptly and Jarrett was dispatched and arrived promptly the same day and proceeded to assess the problems carefully and in a timely manner. He discovered and resolved the problems and provided prompt, professional and technical solutions and had customer service as a top priority. They both were very professional, timely, knowledgeable and are great representatives of Beacon Home Services that I have relied on for previous electrical needs at our home. Beacon replaced two ceiling fans and installed universal wall controls. Will and Bryce were great! They completed the work quickly, and the price quoted was reasonable. The area was completely clean when they were done. I will be calling Beacon again next time i need any electrical work

Christian came on time and did an outstanding job installing a new LED ceiling fixture in my kitchen. He was very polite and left everything clean and tidy.

Christian could not have been more wonderful in diagnosing the series of problems I was having and also installing two new special circuits to tackle higher amp appliances. He was a sweetheart to deal with and was very competent as well.

Updating stars just due to how they responded to my review. Very solid business practice. I’ll give them another try sometime. —————- I requested an estimate to install a 220v plug for my EV. Beacon quoted over $2,000, stating they would need to cut multiple holes in my drywall (which they wouldn’t repair) and that it could take a day or two to get the parts—despite the dispatcher saying they had everything on hand. I took the day off, expecting it would be completed that day. The price seemed very high, so I got a second estimate. Another electrician completed the job the same day for $800, only cut one hole (which he also repaired), and didn’t try to upsell me on extras I didn’t need.

We have used Beacon for two electrical services and one plumbing repair. The first time we needed an electrician for two bathroom exhaust fans in our house that we didn't have time to replace ourselves. Beacon sent Joshua out to help us and it was an excellent experience. He was super friendly and answered all the questions I had. He also gave me a couple options for the repair and I felt that he was very honest and knowledgeable instead of just trying to sell me the most expensive service. The second electrician, Jarrett was sent out to help us replace a junction box in a bedroom that had broken during an attempt to fix a previous owner's DIY. The repair was fast, and just like Joshua, he was super friendly and was happy to answer the million questions I had for him since I enjoy this kind of electrical work. The third time we called Beacon was for a leaking water pipe in our kitchen ceiling that feeds water to the pipes upstairs. They sent Jose, and was equally as awesome as the previous technicians we've had. Beacon technicians consistently perform well for us and we will contiue hiring them for future plumbing and electrical needs, so would recommend them to anyone else needing these services in the area as well!

I am very happy with the neatness of his efforts and also the care he took to maintain safety. (Electricity is scary!). I definitely recommend Chris and the Beacon team!

First of all, I have to say that it was an absolute pleasure to work with Beacon. The dispatcher, Brooke, continually kept me informed as to the schedule and arrival of the technician. Then, when Bryan, the technician arrived, he quickly identified that there was something in the garbage disposal that was stopping the motor from turning. Rather than trying to sell me a new disposal, he simply used an Allen wrench to unjam the motor and get the disposal working again. In my experience, most other companies would have moved directly to the hard sale to replace the disposal, but not Beacon. I will definitely use them again in the future!

We had a significant amount of electrical work done through beacon - heavy up on our panel box (which also had to be moved about 25 feet), outlets, a bathroom fan installation, etc. Our home is 85 years old, which made the job complex. Our technicians, Maurice and Devin, were FANTASTIC. When they delivered our quote, they were very thorough in explaining the work we needed and took the time to find out what our long term plans are. The new panel and wiring looks amazing - very professional and tidy, which is hard to come by. The county inspector even remarked that it was one of the best jobs he has seen. 10/10 would recommend Beacon to anyone and everyone. Ask for Maurice and Devin!

We purchased an oven that would fit into a very tight space in our poorly designed kitchen. Beacon Home Services was up for the challenge, and they knocked it out of the park. Starting with Brooke at dispatch who kept us informed and notified us of any potential changes, to Zach who did the installation. Zach, who had to deal with this offbrand oven from China, and had every right to want to chuck it clean out a window. Instead he was patient, and kind, and funny throughout the entire installation, and made such an effort to make the job perfect. Our animals also loved him, which was great because our cat climbed him while he worked. Give that man a raise for having to deal with our household, holy cow. 100% recommend these lovely people!

5 stars. Absolutely phenomenal customer service from the front office (Rebecca, Brooke, and Gavin) as well as the plumber Zachary Furney. Zach's efforts and expertise saved me a great deal of money, and he was incredibly considerate and flexible with our timing situation and incredibly polite and friendly throughout the process. I am extremely thankful for his work. This team has made our house move less stressful and I cannot thank them enough.

Called Beacon Home Services to investigate and fix family room electrical outage. Kevin arrived within 2 hours of the call, provided a reasonable quote and completed the work quickly and efficiently . Kevin was very knowledgeable, communicated the problem clearly. Very polite and professional. We will be calling Beacon Home Services again.

Beacon’s service was lightning fast (came next day) and the technician (Milton) was extremely knowledgeable and explained several repair options. He added a new power line to our outdoor AC unit and repaired what a contractor had previously left in bad shape. Also installed a surge protector in our main fuse box. 10/10 would use again!

I can't praise Beacon Home Services enough. I called one day and they sent someone out the very next day to help me with electrical work. Joshua was my technician. He was very knowledgeable and extremely respectful and courteous. He basically spent a whole week working on my house. Specifically I needed an updated breaker box. My old one wasn't marked and did not have a main shut off switch. Josh worked hard and late and never let me without power. Rebecca always let me know when he would arrive and he was there on the dot. I highly recommend this company and will be calling them if I need anything in the future!

Juan from Beacon Electric arrived in time to repair a broken bathroom exhaust fan. While I had attempted to repair myself with a universal motor I purchased there was a mismatch between the new motor mounting screws and the old plate it attached to. He worked to find a way to piece it together and IT WORKED!! Also replaced several outlets in the kitchen that had stopped working. Very pleasant to talked with and certainly knowledgeable! Would recommend him for a raise!!

I am very pleased with the work that was done by Hernain and Nelson. Their professionalism is impressive. The quote was given promptly with several options. Each option was discussed in detail and the cost was crystal clear. The work ( several dedicated lines, 240 line for washer/dryer, transfer panel for the generator) was completed in one day ( less then 48 hrs after the quote). Great job! Thank you guys.

Used Beacon for electrical repairs to prepare my home for sale. Chris Gilles came out On Saturday morning to make repairs needed. He was early to arrive and was very polite and very professional. Totally awesome service!!! Amy who scheduled the visit was very friendly and Zach who came out was awesome!! We had a broken pipe in our irrigation system. They were out within the hour and didn't even charge us for shutting the water off which is outside and buried. I had no idea where that shutoff was.

Beacon was very responsive and accommodating. Scheduled quickly and arrived on time. Once they assessed the plumbing problem they offered me multiple options for repair. Completed service and I’m very happy with outcome. Will use Beacon again as my plumber.

Filter for water softener was clogged. Jonathan replaced canister and checked water flow. Works fine. I would recommend him.

This is the second time I used Beacon electrical service in the last month. I was very pleased each time and was so satisfied with their efforts ,the first time , I found additional work to be done today. The next time I need electrical services , they will be first on my list to call. Each time the work was performed in a friendly,, professional manner . The technicians arrived in a timely fashion and finished the work to my complete satisfaction. Initially work was performed by Nelson and today by Dony. Each individual represented Beacon very well. All work performed was done to my complete satisfaction. He went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied with all work. Based on Mack’s. diligence and work ethic, I would not hesitate to use Beacon plumbing services again. Job well done!

We continue to be pleased with the level of service and professionalism provided by Beacon for both our electrical and plumbing needs for our older home. The front office team (Amy and Rebecca) are very communicative and are great about giving updates on the timing of the technician's arrival so I am not stuck waiting all day. For our most recent biannual inspection, we had Luis for plumbing and Juan for electrical. Both are knowledgable and professional and give honest feedback about "have to do" vs. "nice to do" work in their realms. I never feel like I am being pressured to spend on something that doesn't need fixing. Overall very happy with Beacon - thank you team!

Outstanding service

Beacon Home Services exceeded my expectations. From Amy who kept me apprised of the schedule to Nestor, the plumber, who carefully sawed an outdoor hose that became calcified to the spicket, my experience was superb. Nestor was punctual, honest, professional and highly skilled. While Nestor presented us with options to replace the spicket at 4 times the cost, he never pressured us or tried to upcharge us. While he was here, he recommended other items for our future consideration. This was our first time using Beacon and we will definitely do so sgain.
