Exceptional service. Beacon - Rebecca - does a great job of keeping customers informed about their appointments and expected arrival of technicians. Electric technician - Craig - courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Combined - Rebecca and Craig delivered exceptional service for Beacon and me.

I had a small job but I was nervous as I wasn’t familiar with someone to do residential electrical work, and heard stories about some companies overpricing and/or technicians working on commission and attempting to expand the job. This was not the case with Beacon. Our technician, Bryce, arrived when he was scheduled, clearly explained what needed to be done and the upfront cost. He was polite and efficient. I will definitely use Beacon the next time I want any electrical work done. Very pleasant experience.

Mary and Cesar were very pleasant and professional. Mary was very courteous when she had to reschedule my appointment because the service personnel did not complete their work on time. However, she consistently followed up to ensure I was satisfied. Cesar was very vigilant about recognizing that I was a Veteran and made sure I was compensated for it on the bill. He cleaned up and offered to dispose of items he didn't bring to the job. He suggested some repairs and was very knowledgeable and passionate about his job.

Maurice installed 4 wafer lights in our kitchen and replaced a pendant light over our island with 2 new pendant lights. He did a thorough and amazing job from start to finish. Maurice even recommended someone wonderful to repair the drywall. We would not hesitate to use him again for electrical work.

The morning we discovered a water leak from the basement ceiling we tried to get a plumber asap. Beacon was able to send Zack the same day to find and fix the leak. He was quickly able to diagnose the source and repair it. Zack was professional and was able to give advice on how to avoid potential future problems.

They came out, provided a cost estimate, and installed a 240V 50A outlet for my EV charger on the same day. Cost was not the best but reasonable. The electrician is knowledgeable and professional.

I knew my supply valve was ready to give up the ghost, and it did on Mother’s Days. Not an emergency, so I hit up Angies and put in my desired job info: replace supply valve and the 40 year-old PRV as it has been maintaining pressure but thumping for a few months. As soon as I hit Submit (really less than 30 seconds), I had a call from Beacon. Mary set my appointment up for today and gave me heads up when Cesar would arrive. Cesar assessed the situation, took pics and gave detailed set of options. I added an extra supply valve to order and Cesar had it all done in about 90 minutes. Price was close to what I expected – no leaks and no thumping was worth it. Have some additional work later this year, will definitely use Beacon.

Great customer services very professional

Very responsive, professional and friendly team. They got someone out to see us right away, kept us posted on what time they would be arriving, and checked in after the fact to ensure we were satisfied. Rebecca and Craig were excellent to work with and did a great job at the house replacing a couple of outlets, a bad gfi and installing a whole house surge protector. We have been happy with Beacon electric and plumbing. They always have a timely response, even off hours, and the dispatch team of Amy, Rebecca, and Candis has great communication. We have a monthly membership with Beacon that is a low price and helps us to get to the top of the list, which is very helpful with scheduling. For plumbing, John and Zack have both helped us to fix and diagnose problems and take their time to explain the system and all possible solutions. They are very transparent with pricing and never pressure us into anything. I always feel confident in their work and they are all very patient and easy to work with as well. The electric side has done a number of small jobs for us in addition to coming out to check our smoke detectors frequently. Always a pleasure to work with the whole team.

John Katsiotis from Beacon came to assess a leaky pipe. He was very thorough and offered several solutions depending on how repairs might go.

The technician gave me three options which I appreciated and he explained each one. I decided on the first option. He did a great job of installing the 220 plug and cleaned up after the job. Connected the cable for me. Thank you for sending a great technician to do the job.

Josh was super helpful and patient

Mike with Beacon installed a new garbage disposal and repaired a cracked pipe for us a couple days ago. We noted later that a different pipe was also leaking. Beacon was able to send Mike back out quickly to replace that pipe as well solving both problems.

Rebecca and Bryce were the most responsive and professional people I have dealt with in the past 10 years. Prompt, efficient and smart. They represent the company well and I will use them again and again

I've had excellent service from Maurice Gramajo (electrician), John K (plumber) and Andrew Pratt (plumber). The girls that handle scheduling and payment (Mary, Rebecca, and Catherine) are also wonderful and responsive. I subscribe to their membership which is also a great value.

My tech Sean did excellent work installing my new toilet. FIrst, he stopped the leak on my old toilet so that it was operable until the new replacement arrived. He was very friendly, courteous and most helpful. He suggested height and bowl size options. His work was completed efficiently, neatly, professionally and most importantly with precision and even a smile. Thanks!

Rebecca coordinated my appointment clearly and quickly and was able to get me scheduled a day earlier than expected due to opening in schedule. Nelson showed up on time and quickly diagnosed my problem. The necessary parts were available in his truck and my problem was resolved in minutes. Well worth the time and money. Rebecca was excellent at communicating the scheduling process and keeping me informed of my technician's scheduled arrival. After two other electricians failed to properly wire my recessed lights and outlets, Bryce was able to undo their mess and leave me with the peace of mind that everything was done properly and to code. He also moved a light switch. Bryce was very personable and you could tell he was confident in his work and enjoyed what he was doing. We had an excellent experience with Bryce! He was very friendly and knowledgeable and worked quickly. We ended up having to have several outlets replaced in our home, and he explained the problems well and went through exactly what the solutions would be as well as his recommendations. I am delighted with the service that Christian F. provided . After he checked out my electrical panel, he went to Home Depot to get the extra materials he needed to complete the job. Mary was quick on taking the call and relaying the message to Sean . He came over within an hour. I was told that I would not be charged for the visit until they made an assessment. Sean did an excellent job diagnosing the issue and even spoke with my HOA maintenance professional about the pressure gauge, and overflow tank and tested them. He identified a leak coming from the box above the water heater that belongs to the HOA/water company not the heater itself, which has been cut off for four weeks. I truly appreciate Sean‘s honesty and professionalism. Beacon said no charge for the dispatch fee I was so impressed. I offered the dispatch fee for quality and honesty. i I will definitely keep Beacon on my plumbing service list.

Today, John Katsiotis, a plumber with Beacon Home Services, came to our home. He is quite simply the best plumber I have ever met. Last year, John installed a new water heater for us. As part of that installation, he offered to come by after a year to show me how to perform the annual maintenance, which he did today. While he was here, he also replaced a bathroom faucet. This bathroom sink and vanity are somewhat unusual, and the task was challenging. John did a great job, and I would not have trusted the average plumber to do this right. John is exceptionally conscientious in all his work. Also, Mary in their front office was helpful, making sure I knew when John was arriving.

My first time using Beacon Home Services today and I was impressed. They coordinated to have a technician at my home in less than 30 minutes from when I called them. The technician, Willie, was outstanding. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient by answering all of my questions and giving great tips and advice. Because of a great experience, I will definitely be using their services again when needed and I’ll be requesting Willie to do the work.

Moving to Sterling and need a few things done to my new house. Scheduling was a breeze, communication and status updates were over the top and the work was performed thoroughly and professionally. Best of all was the pleasant interaction with the employees: Rebecca, Will and Nathan, who made it all work like clockwork.

I’ll definitely call them again. Thank you! The estimate was very reasonable, the technician was very polite and knowledgeable, and the scheduler was also very helpful and responsive. The quality of the work and the time to complete the work were also very impressive. Overall it was 5 star service. I would highly recommend this company for any work.

He discussed the options available and after I selected the one I preferred, he picked up the necessary materials from a nearby Home Depot, and was very efficient, thorough and tidy. My hot water heater failed and needed replacement. Beacon Home Services sent a representative to my house to assess the repair cost and give me an estimate. Their estimate was high, but they were willing to negotiate, and we reached agreement on the price. Chris was a knowledgeable tradesman/plumber and had a great personality - he explained the code changes which now require a pan under the water heater, and an alarm to be placed in the pan to detect water. He did a thorough job, and i am well pleased with his workmanship and attitude. I recommend Beacon Home Services; just get other estimates and negotiate their price.

Friday came by to fix my doorbell and was very knowledgeable. Fixed my buzzing issue in 2 seconds and replaced my whole doorbell system in less than 30 minutes. Going to call him for any future issues.

My upper level toilet leaked and it went through my ceiling and to floors below. So i needed a plumber to investigate and fix! I went to Angi’s list and Beacon was recommended. I received a call. They mentioned that you pay for the job and not by the hour! Mary called telling me of the appointment! She didn’t see any issue with dehumidifiers in the bathroom. After I described the nature of my call to Beacon Home Services, he explained in detail what his next step would be in determining my electrical problem. Bryce,, my electrician was such a pleasant and intelligent young man. He was very communicative and friendly through out the whole process! Part of my project was very teadious. However, Bryce was determined to figure out how to get my hand made pendant lights that I purchased in another country to work. After he hung my pendants lights, je stayed later until every job was completed! 😇🤗

We had a clogged main line and the plumber took the time to let us know what he was doing, what it would entail, and what he was seeing at each step. It took some effort but he was able to clear the line and get us back up and running. Really pleased with the effort and results.

Noticed dripping outdoor spigots after winter, so called out various companies for quotes. Worked with Zach from Beacon and chose their company because of how knowledgeable and personal he was when discussing everything needed (and not needed) for the repairs. Highly recommend Beacon, and especially Zach. They were able to triage, fix, and install new piping/outdoor spigot in under a couple hours on a single days notice.

Our electrician, Bryce, from Beacon Home Services was OUTSTANDING!! He was presentable, professional, courteous, and he explained his process and what-if scenarios in advance of doing any work or touching anything. He quickly had a look at our concern area (blown outlets in kitchen and dining room), explained how electrical outlets operate in terms of in and out wiring, and why some are connected together and some right next to them are not. Thankfully he found the issue inside of an outlet box in our kitchen backsplash. Small, simple fix, but we also asked him to add a GFCI outlet in the kitchen since we didn’t have one. He left and went to Home Depot to get one and came back in 20 minutes and completed the job. He was SUPER knowledgeable and clearly a skilled technician/electrician. I would absolutely use Beacoj again, and request Bryce! Also, Mary from the main office staff was extremely helpful, responsive, also courteous and pleasant. Very happy with Beacon and their free estimate offer – a big plus in my book. As I mentioned to Jonathan, I am shopping around. I was very impressed with him his knowledge and his abilities articulate the services that Beacon offers such as I believe it was interest free for 18 months. That’s a pretty good promotion. I should be getting back to you all by next week whether I pull the trigger for somebody like Jonathan or somebody else to complete all the tax that we covered.

I had a circuit go out after getting my deck power washed. What made it critical was the circuit included a secondary refrigerator I have in my garage. Beacon and Rebecca was able to arrange a same day visit to trouble shoot and rectify the problem. Our Beacon technician, Hernain, quickly diagnosed the problem (water from the power washing had gotten into the outside outlets shorting the circuit out) and offered solutions and corrected the problem, including replacing the outside plugs, which as it turned out weren't even rated for outside use.

Outlet issue. Kelvin came out and diagnosed the issue and fixed the outlet within an hour. He was quick professional and explain what the issue was and provided suggestions to ensure it doesn’t happen again.

I own a small condo and I hired Beacon Home Services to replace my electrical panel. The panel location is in a really tight area and a traditional 14" panel didn't work. Christian F from Beacon came up with an excellent solution to a very complex problem. Finding the right size panel to fit in the area and to fit all the necessary breakers. The first guy i hired screwed it up big time, but Beacon Home Services fixed it all up masterfully. Really appreciate the work they did. My neighbor has been thinking about redoing his in the future and will definately recommend Christian F and Beacon to tend to his needs. Thanks again!

Beacon is a great company. Not only do they do great work, but schedule the work efficient, keep me informed of technician arrival time via phone and text. No guesswork. The work is outstanding. Wayne fixed our outdoor hose bib and modernized plumbing in our 1970s home. Taught us things, explained work. Hernain solved our electrical mystery of ceiling lights flashing while using the microwave. He was our ‘2nd opinion electrician’ and he worked all morning diagnosing the problem. Found it, fixed it, reinforcements Darrell arrived to help move our wall oven out to correctly re-wire our microwave. Phew. No more electrical worries. He also explained LED use in our home. Everyone is knowledgeable and explains everything. All in all, we are very pleased with the company, the work, and especially the staff. EDIT - Unfortunately this pipe was not actually repaired, and there were 3 other cracks that went unseen by the technician. We had a different technician come out, and he was knowledgable as well, however, neither we nor our insurance agent have been able to get in touch with Beacon for weeks to acquire the documentation needed to complete the claim and reimbursement to start repairs. We've called Beacon several times and have been promised to have the documentation emailed, but they have yet to follow-up with us with this information. I am disappointed in what seemed to be a good service ultimately turning into a negative experience. I would appreciate if a Beacon team member could follow up with us ASAP. Presently, I would not recommend this service based on the lack of repair on the original pipe and the lack of customer service. If we could rate Mike (Michael) 10 stars, we would! A pipe in our basement leading to the outside hose hookup snapped clean in half, resulting in our flooring and drywalls flooding. Beacon was incredibly responsive and sent over a technician who was more than reliable and knowledgeable. He walked us through the issue in real time, and taught us about the principal cause of the leak. Beacon works closely with Service Pros, who were also able to come out quickly for water and mold remediation. They are great guys who do conduct great business!

I don't normally leave reviews, but Amy and Andres at Beacon Home Services did an excellent job repairing my tankless water heater and replacing my well pressure tank. Andres (technician) was personable, knowledgable and extremely capable in assessing and mitigating my water issues. Amy (manager) was attentive to my questions and concerns and prompt in getting answers and arranging making sure the process ran smoothly. Together they turned a tough situation into a positive outcome. Thanks to both of you!

We had a floor drain backed up which Chris Wilson came out to help us with. Wish it was just a simple drain cleaning as Chris had that fixed quickly. When further inspection with a camera in the mainline showed a root had grown through, Chris was also helpful and knowledgeable in getting this major repair underway. Would highly recommend him. I appreciated Mary taking care of us in scheduling and coordinating our appointments. It was a stressful time, but it was helpful to have updates from her.

Fire Dept detected gas leak. Called Beacon after hours. Plumber Chris Wilson came over in the evening. Completely and expertly fixed leak. Kept us apprised every step of the way about price, issue to be fixed, resolution. And gave us some advice on how to use our shower! We’ve contacted Beacon once before, to fix our kitchen faucet issues, and they did a great job, thus we called them again. After Chris’ visit, they are now our “go-to”. Thanks so much!
