Called them again for a garbage disposal leak I found the night before, and Mary got me scheduled first thing in the morning! I had a ring system hardware to my home. The tech named Craig was extremely knowledgeable answering all of our questions. He ensured the system was working on both iPhones. My spouse was happy with the fact that he cleaned up after himself. Particularly noteworthy is that he exchange a part because the ring system is more powerful and the current part attached to the electric box make start a fire as it can handle the new voltage. I n my view, it was a job well done!!! Cracked the siding on the house a little: however, he caulked it up.

If we could rate Mike (Michael) 10 stars, we would! A pipe in our basement leading to the outside hose hookup snapped clean in half, resulting in our flooring and drywalls flooding. Beacon was incredibly responsive and sent over a technician who was more than reliable and knowledgeable. He walked us through the issue in real time, and taught us about the principal cause of the leak. Beacon works closely with Service Pros, who were also able to come out quickly for water and mold remediation. They are great guys who do conduct great business!

I needed my electrical panel replaced and called a few companies for quotes. Beacon was the first company to schedule for an estimate. They sent Cristian and he immediately understood my needs. He also recommended a solution that was better than I thought could be done. He gave me a few estimates with different options. I got a few more vendor estimates. The costs were all over the place between $2K and $12K. However, none of the other vendors understood the issues like Cristian. Beacon’s estimates were competitive, especially for what was included. A couple days later, I called to schedule the work to be done. I spoke with the manager Kristina. She was great and moved things around to accommodate my scheduling needs. Cristian came out to do the work. It was a day job. He got it all done exactly as we discussed. He was very professional and did great work. I am very happy with result and would recommend Beacon.

Mr. Bonilla explained the condition of my circuit breaker when he arrived and options on how to proceed very clearly. He made sure i understood the costs of decisions that I made. He was above pleasant to work with and I would always look forward to working with him again. I'd give them 10 stars if I could! The best plumbers and electricians I've found. Christina and Mary are always pleasant and prompt in calling to schedule services. Most recently, Ray solved my mysterious banging pipes issue after HOURS of troubleshooting - something 2 other plumbers could not figure out. Nelson quickly identified abs fixed an electrical issue caused by another company's improper equipment installation.

Beacon is prompt, professional, and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

Friday just got done installing a new light fixture. He was prompt, professional, and had the job done in under 30 minutes. He made helpful suggestions and took his time answering my questions.

Friday came back to install another chandelier. He was on time, courteous and quick even though it was a challenging job. Highly recommend Beacon all around.

We needed an estimate for an EV charger installation. Rebecca was extremely friendly on the phone (so important for first contact) and via text but also efficient and professional. I didn’t have to wait for an appointment, they came within a day or two. Maurice, the technician, was friendly, so well informed, and explained all options simply but with great detail. It was an easy smooth process. I had a couple of other minor electrical issues, one of which he explained to me and the other his partner fixed on the spot for basically a call out fee. It felt great to have folk in our home and feel so comfortable, they were both very easy going. The whole team deserves praise. Oh, and Maurice provided 5 detailed different options for the EV charger installation, as I asked him. Great stuff.

I scheduled Beacon to repair a water supply pipe and sewer drain at my house in Oakton, Virginia. I called Beacon home services because my kitchen sink would not drain no matter what I tried. Rebecca helped me get someone sent out to my house in less than 24 hours. The technician, Mike, was polite, knowledgable, and quick. He found the issue and fixed it immediately! He even let my dogs come investigate/help! We experienced an electrical fire in our townhome garage on a Saturday. We called Beacon the following Sunday and they arrived first thing Monday morning. Will Bottiny was the responding Master Election. Will was professional, personable, and proficient. He explained every repair and option without giving us a sales pitch. Will has our total trust. We have already recommended him to our neighbors! Stella & William Hanson Fast forward to February 2026 and we called Beacon to come out and give us a quote to update our electrical box/breakers since they were original to the house. Mary did a great job coordinating the appointment! Will and Tyler came out again, explained what we needed in great detail and answered all my questions! I must point out that it was the cheaper option that was recommended so you never need to feel like Beacon will steer you toward the most expensive option. These folks did a great job. We’ve owned an operate several family businesses on a piece of property in western Loudoun for over 50 years. After so long, things have inevitably needed to be updated. We contacted Beacon for an estimate on an initial project and they were very responsive after our initial outreach. They provided a competitive estimate, flexible scheduling and invaluable communication and feedback over the course of the project. Often, however knowledgeable, trades professionals can be somewhat impatient when it comes to explaining processes and desired outcomes. Will, Tyler and Mary were all top tier and very approachable from this layperson’s perspective. We will absolutely use this team again when new and unforeseen needs arise.

We had a partial power outage in an older home. Picked Beacon Home Svcs based on their 5* google reviews. Called on a Sat and made an appt for Mon (regular business hrs). Got a call on Mon am saying the tech, Cristian would arrive at 8:15a and he did. He immediately got to work diagnosing the problem. Within a couple of hrs he offered a solution and worked up a quote. We found the cost to be very reasonable compared to other companies. FH Furr charged us $600 to install one new bathroom outlet and left big holes in the wall. Beacon Home Svcs charged us $2600 to completely rewire two rooms. The repair was pretty complicated. It took about 10 hrs to complete. Cristian was professional and a delight to work with which is always nice when you have to pay for an unplanned repair. I will definitely use Beacon Home Svcs again in the future.

So so good! Rebecca was super nice and got us in right away when we had an issue with a fuse going to our furnace leaving us without heat. Maurice was super professional and friendly. He didn’t go looking for other problems to add on but did point them out and gave me a good plan going forward while taking care of the main issue almost immediately. I recently had an EV charger (240V outlet) installed by Beacon Home Services, and I couldn’t be happier. After receiving several estimates, Beacon provided the best overall value. My project was significant—because of the age of my electrical system, I required a full main panel upgrade. What really set them apart was the strategy. While other companies suggested running wiring indirectly outside across my patio and back into the garage, Bryce had a much clearer vision. He figured out how to run the wiring directly from the basement up into the garage, keeping everything clean and internal. Beyond the technical skill, the customer service was top-notch. Bryce was a pleasure to work with, and Rebecca in the office was consistently professional and pleasant. If you want the job done right (and logically), I highly recommend Beacon!

I had a great experience with Beacon. I needed some outlets replaced/ upgraded and I needed a new electical sub panel installed. Rebecca in the office did a great job with efficient scheduling. Christian B was my technician and he was absolutely stellar. He worked quickly and he explained everything he was doing thoroughly. He took extra care to minimize the impact of his work on the drywall which was tricky because he had to widen the hole significantly where my old panel was (my old panel was an antique from 1965). There were also some complications because the original system was so old (things were poorly labeled and some items were wired incorrectly) but he addressed all those issues well. Lastly, because I live in a condo, getting the power shut off to my unit without shutting down power for the building was harder than it should have been but he was patient and helped me find a solution. Thank you!

We had a basement (25-year-old) sump pump that was continuously running and eventually shutdown. We also discovered a pin-hole water pipe leak that was spraying water over the immediate surroundings in the basement. We chose Beacon Home Services because of the strong Google, BBB and Angi (listing) ratings. Scheduling and status notifications via phone/email/text communications were very professional and timely. Our technician, Wayne Gaither, was able to quickly diagnose our pump and pipe issues and recommended two service options. Wayne removed the old pump, cleaned out the pump well and was able to install a new pump with a more efficient water extraction pipe configuration. He also verified that our overall water pressure was fine and neatly replaced the leaky pipe section. We would definitely consider re-contracting with Beacon for any future plumbing needs. (Jan 2026) We reached out again to Beacon based on our previous successful plumbing service call. As part of our kitchen sink faucet setup, we had a 25-year old, dual-outlet, dual-shutoff (hot water) valve that was starting to leak water into the surrounding undersink cabinet area. - Mary (dispatch team) was very prompt and detailed in coordinating our appointment via text and email messages. - Our service technician (Andrew Pratt) arrived at the start of the service window. He was able to quickly diagnose and install a more modern replacement value while simplifying the configuration by eliminating an extraneous copper pipe fitting. - Both Mary and Andrew were very professional and affable during our interactions and we would definitely consider Beacon again.

We can’t say enough good things about this company and Shawn Ansari, the technician who worked with us. Beacon dispatched a tech quickly when we had a burning smell and power outage, which was stressful especially in the aftermath of a snow storm, but Shawn came to our home and immediately put us at ease. I hade a leak in my bath tube faucet at the worst time . Schedule on line and Wayne showed up as soon as the weather was safe . Fixed both bath tub faucets . I first used Beacon Home Services 2 years ago when I got a quote from another company that seemed too high. I was really happy with the work, professionalism, and the price point of a small electrical job that I then rehired them for a much larger electrical job right away. Yesterday I called them to see if they would be available for a plumbing project to get ahead of a large winter storm and not only were they available but Mary was very helpful in accommodating my schedule preferences. The technician, Jonathan was very polite, was quick to understand the issues I wanted addressed, gave me various options and explained them thoroughly. He worked quickly and cleanly and I’m very happy with the work. I will definitely be contacting them again for any future work I need completed.

I am editing my review because the company really turned it around. Originally, I booked a day in advance for some urgent electrical work and scheduled an appointment. The appointment was confirmed, and I was told my appointment was marked as a priority given the urgent nature of the issue. I specifically said that I would need to hire another company if they couldn't do the work on the day of the appointment. I was told that it wouldn't be a problem and they would be able to handle the appointment on the day booked. However, on the day of the appointment, I was told the electrician would be a little later than originally anticipated. Later in the afternoon, however - too late to find a same day replacement appointment with another company - Beacon texted me to ask to reschedule for an appointment 3 days later because they could no longer accommodate my appointment that day. When I raised the issue of the company's promise that the appointment would happen on the day I booked it, I was told the appointment could not be accommodated and I should provide backup dates. I canceled the appointment. However, a couple of hours later, Beacon called to let me know that an electrician freed up and the company could send him to my house, so I agreed. That's where things turned around. They sent Shawn, and he really changed my opinion of the company. He showed up when he said he would, was extremely professional the entire time, identified the issue, showed me the risks, gave me multiple options, and helped me decide which option to choose. Once I selected an option, he made the repair quickly, efficiently, and professionally, and cleaned up the area before he left. While it started out as a rough day, Shawn really saved it for the company.

Craig is an excellent electrician. Rebecca kept in constant communication. It was great service. I will use them again.

Just today, Milton Iraheta came to our home to fix a broken outlet. He was courteous, helpful, informative, and very professional. He and his partner fixed our outlet in no time and offered us several estimates for other electrical repairs we need to make down the road. He was transparent with me and informed me of several different options. Milton’s expertise helped put me at ease that the work is safe and up to code. We needed a three way switch put in a master bedroom and a separate switch for the ceiling fan/light. We also had issues with outlets not working. The thermostatic control for my in-floor electric heating system (installed many years ago by a different firm) stopped working. The original control is no longer available, so I ordered the closest match (different manufacturer) online. Even before Mr. Friday removed the old control, he noted that the new one was designed for a different-size box. He re-engineered the mount using the old thermostat’s faceplate to accommodate the new thermostat, connected the wiring, and voila—I have a working thermostat—and warm floors— without tearing up the drywall for a new box. In addition, when he heard that my gas furnace was not kicking in, he knew to check whether I had completely closed the filter compartment door, which hits the switch to restart the system after service—homeowner error was the problem. I also have to commend Rebecca and Kimberly, the office staff who handled my calls for service and my questions about arrival times and follow up. It’s great when one is stressed about a problem to get upbeat, friendly, patient voices on the line.

Kevin Mendoza with Beacon Home Services provided fantastic service with an electric meter box repair and reinstall on our residence. He coordinated with Dominion, was timely, efficient and the work was accomplished in half the time estimated. Beacon’s estimate also came in best over three other area companies. This estimate was also honest and addressing the real issue, not a complete replacement, which was quoted thousands higher by other companies. Really appreciated Kevin’s coordination and communication and project management on this project. Highly recommend for electrical service needs.

We had 4 different estimates for repair work and Beacon was not only the most reasonable but provided the most clear and honest presentation of what the work involved and a realistic aggressive timeline that allowed us to meet our needs. Kevin is knowledgeable and was very clear about what was possible and the timeline.

We recently contacted Beacon for an electrical service call to diagnose and fix why light switches in several rooms around the house stopped working after an electrical outage. Rebecca delivered excellent service coordinating the appointment, and Mr. Friday did great work. Beacon coming through again with a winner! My service provider Mike showed up on time and prepared. Professionally thorough in his communication as well as active listening when I had something to say. Effective communicator and curious problem solver. Breaks things down in layman's terms and asks questions. In my particular case I had a sink water line break in my child's upstairs bathroom suddenly and soaked all of my sheetrock and started dripping down into my dining area. After shutting my main water off and calling beacon on a Sunday they assured me they could have someone out 8:00 in the morning on Monday. I drained the water in the now ever increasing bubble in my ceiling preventing a collapse ... The next morning Mike showed up on time and ready to get after it. He gave me the courtesy of giving him a tour into the damaged areas listened intently as I described the steps taken and past history of the house and was patient. After showing him the upstairs it was confirmed the sink water line had burst and my suspicions were validated. Mike quickly got to work downstairs in the dining area exposing the pipes and eliminating the wet sheet rock, to which and he solved an unexpected future problem, significant corrosion on the paralleled ran copper lines and quoted me line removal drywall removal and water inspection check. Received a detailed report no more than 10 minutes after he had finished and walked me through his work. Could not have been happier with the service or the willingness to provide unfiltered information. Honesty is key when owning a house and dealing with services of upkeep. Beacon is 3-peat service provider in my household, which was built 38 years ago.

Michael came out for an annual plumbing inspection.and was terrific! I highly recommend these inspections. He was very thorough and explained everything he was doing. He noticed small issues that are easily fixed that could lead to big expensive problems if not addressed in a timely manner. He also shut off the water to my outside faucets so the pipes won’t freeze during the winter months, something I forgot to do. He gave me estimates on all of the work, helped me to prioritize what should be done now and what can wait, and informed me about Beacon’s new financing options if I want to spread out the payments. He was very knowledgeable about plumbing and different options for addressing concerns and replacing parts and equipment. As a “lighthouse member “, I receive a free annual plumbing inspection and electrical inspection, and it is well worth it. Thank you Beacon!

Gabriel replaced my dining room chandelier and installed an appropriate outlet near my washing machine. He was friendly and professional.

Gabriel was professional and confident. The fire department was at our house the night before and said all alarms had green lights and seemed fine. ( Our problem was ALL the alarms were going off about 4x a day) Gabriel found 3 alarms with no green lights , replaced them and we have had no problem since.
