Christian was fantastic. Came out and did the project same day so we could get proper electrical installed for a dryer and a water heater. He was professional, courteous, and cleaned up after himself. Talked to him about other work we want done - intend to use again in the future. Reasonably priced.

The technician did a great job, very professional. We had a burst pipe connected to the water heater. He replaced the old lines with new, and got us up to code with an expansion tank.

Dustin a Beacon Electric electrician is recommended as patient and friendly professional who reinstalled a kitchen semi flush light with the globe. Dustin fixed a wobbling ceiling fan. I called Beacon Electric because their advertising includes remediation of another company’s previous work. Dustin did the work and upon completion went through the function of the light and fan. The previous electrician did not. Beacon Electric coordinates the scheduling with the customer to include that day. Beacon Electric promotes courtesy and professionalism. I will call again.

Dustin came late on a Friday evening to help with an electrical switch that had gone bad. Garbage disposal would not shut off due to it. He was so pleasant despite what was likely a very long day for him.

I needed an estimate to install an exterior hose bib. My experience with Mary and Mike was exceptional. Mary kept me informed of my appointment and arrival timeframe. Mike was very knowledgeable and professional, giving me options for such an installation and what to expect from each.

I had a great experience with John K. today at my LV2 residential property. He quickly diagnosed a leak in my sprinkler pipeline and provided a comprehensive, long-term fix for the issue. Not only was he efficient and knowledgeable, but he was also incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend his services!

We lost water to the house from our well about 9:30 at night. We posted an online request to Angi and received a scheduling call from Beacon within 10 minutes. In the morning I received a couple of calls from Mary, letting me know the progress on our tech's arrival. Chris knocked on our door about 10:30 and had the old pump pulled and replaced, new hose and all other parts installed by 5:00 in the afternoon. We were kept informed and updated throughout the process, Chris was courteous, friendly, and very capable.

He gave some recommendations and told us to call if we had any issues going forward. Very polite, honest and on time. My experience with Beacon Home Services continues to be very positive I finally got the panel upgrade and surge protector that I got an estimate on a year ago. Rebecca coordinated the installation with Mr. Friday. Friday gave me an updated estimate and scheduled the installation. He was on time, thorough and professional. He explained the changes in how this panel's operation differed from the old one and explained the surge protector . They were competitively priced, so we chose Beacon, and scheduled for the following week requesting Cristian. Our neighbor, who we trust greatly, recommended Beacon and we had them come out when my parents' pipes were making banging noises. I originally scheduled a couple weeks out for when I would be at their house already. The pipes ended up getting much worse a week later so I called to see if they could come that day as our neighbor already had them scheduled. They gave me a window and came in a couple hours. They called ~30 minutes before Chris Wilson, our technician, arrived. Chris was on time and resolved all our issues. Before we recreated the problem, he already knew what the solution was. He explained everything and answered all my questions thoroughly. We needed some valves and other things replaced. He provided estimates before doing any work and broke down the costs and savings based on which services we wanted. He never pressured us to replace our water heater but gave us the pros/cons and the cost breakdown with and without the water heater. We had had our water heater go out when we went on a long trip in the fall and it was 19 years old so we decided to replace it for peace of mind and with the bundle savings, the cost was less than we were expecting. Once we decided we wanted to get the work done, he quickly got started and estimated ~4 hours to finish. He ended up taking closer to 3 and triple checked everything before going. He kept us updated as he did his work and left the place so clean, which was really nice! We were really impressed by his kindness, professionalism, and knowledge. I appreciated that we were able to reschedule our appointment for the same day and that Chris was able to complete all the work the same day that he diagnosed our issues. I would highly recommended Beacon for your plumbing needs (ask for Chris Wilson). They are efficient, transparent, and friendly!

Beacon has skilled techs that can tackle just about any plumbing or electrical repair or installation that you can dream up.. Recently Chris repaired our front faucet leak by installing a frost free spigot carefully in the rain without having to penetrate the drywall and kept indoor and outdoor worksites clean. He remained at our home long enough to confirm that no further leaks were created by his work. Service call fee was credited toward the job. Chris shoukd be commended for his efficient and efective work, cleanliness and coureousness.

The morning we discovered a water leak from the basement ceiling we tried to get a plumber asap. Beacon was able to send Zack the same day to find and fix the leak. They came out, provided a cost estimate, and installed a 240V 50A outlet for my EV charger on the same day. Cost was not the best but reasonable. The electrician is knowledgeable and professional.

I knew my supply valve was ready to give up the ghost, and it did on Mother’s Days. Not an emergency, so I hit up Angies and put in my desired job info: replace supply valve and the 40 year-old PRV as it has been maintaining pressure but thumping for a few months. As soon as I hit Submit (really less than 30 seconds), I had a call from Beacon. Mary set my appointment up for today and gave me heads up when Cesar would arrive. Cesar assessed the situation, took pics and gave detailed set of options. I added an extra supply valve to order and Cesar had it all done in about 90 minutes. Price was close to what I expected – no leaks and no thumping was worth it. Have some additional work later this year, will definitely use Beacon.

Very responsive, professional and friendly team. They got someone out to see us right away, kept us posted on what time they would be arriving, and checked in after the fact to ensure we were satisfied. We have been happy with Beacon electric and plumbing. They always have a timely response, even off hours, and the dispatch team of Amy, Rebecca, and Candis has great communication. We have a monthly membership with Beacon that is a low price and helps us to get to the top of the list, which is very helpful with scheduling. For plumbing, John and Zack have both helped us to fix and diagnose problems and take their time to explain the system and all possible solutions. They are very transparent with pricing and never pressure us into anything. I always feel confident in their work and they are all very patient and easy to work with as well. The electric side has done a number of small jobs for us in addition to coming out to check our smoke detectors frequently. Always a pleasure to work with the whole team.

John Katsiotis from Beacon came to assess a leaky pipe. He was very thorough and offered several solutions depending on how repairs might go.

The technician gave me three options which I appreciated and he explained each one. I decided on the first option. He did a great job of installing the 220 plug and cleaned up after the job. Connected the cable for me. Thank you for sending a great technician to do the job.

Josh was super helpful and patient

Mike with Beacon installed a new garbage disposal and repaired a cracked pipe for us a couple days ago. We noted later that a different pipe was also leaking. Beacon was able to send Mike back out quickly to replace that pipe as well solving both problems.

My tech Sean did excellent work installing my new toilet. FIrst, he stopped the leak on my old toilet so that it was operable until the new replacement arrived. He was very friendly, courteous and most helpful. He suggested height and bowl size options. Rebecca coordinated my appointment clearly and quickly and was able to get me scheduled a day earlier than expected due to opening in schedule. Nelson showed up on time and quickly diagnosed my problem. The necessary parts were available in his truck and my problem was resolved in minutes. Well worth the time and money. Rebecca was excellent at communicating the scheduling process and keeping me informed of my technician's scheduled arrival. After two other electricians failed to properly wire my recessed lights and outlets, Bryce was able to undo their mess and leave me with the peace of mind that everything was done properly and to code. He also moved a light switch. Bryce was very personable and you could tell he was confident in his work and enjoyed what he was doing. We had an excellent experience with Bryce! He was very friendly and knowledgeable and worked quickly. We ended up having to have several outlets replaced in our home, and he explained the problems well and went through exactly what the solutions would be as well as his recommendations. Mary was quick on taking the call and relaying the message to Sean . He came over within an hour. I was told that I would not be charged for the visit until they made an assessment. Sean did an excellent job diagnosing the issue and even spoke with my HOA maintenance professional about the pressure gauge, and overflow tank and tested them. He identified a leak coming from the box above the water heater that belongs to the HOA/water company not the heater itself, which has been cut off for four weeks. I truly appreciate Sean‘s honesty and professionalism. Beacon said no charge for the dispatch fee I was so impressed. I offered the dispatch fee for quality and honesty. i I will definitely keep Beacon on my plumbing service list.

Today, John Katsiotis, a plumber with Beacon Home Services, came to our home. He is quite simply the best plumber I have ever met. Last year, John installed a new water heater for us. As part of that installation, he offered to come by after a year to show me how to perform the annual maintenance, which he did today. While he was here, he also replaced a bathroom faucet. This bathroom sink and vanity are somewhat unusual, and the task was challenging. John did a great job, and I would not have trusted the average plumber to do this right. John is exceptionally conscientious in all his work. Also, Mary in their front office was helpful, making sure I knew when John was arriving.

My first time using Beacon Home Services today and I was impressed. They coordinated to have a technician at my home in less than 30 minutes from when I called them. The technician, Willie, was outstanding. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient by answering all of my questions and giving great tips and advice. Because of a great experience, I will definitely be using their services again when needed and I’ll be requesting Willie to do the work.
