DAVID B., the plumbing technician along with Amy, Caitlyn, Imani and the electrical technician have all been very timely and productively responsive to our calls for assistance. David has been the one who has spent the most time with us because many of our 19 year old pipes, water heater and toilets have required his skill and competence to make them right. Cesar at Beacon was absolutely fantastic. Top notch service will be going to them for all plumbing needs going forward. The personal touches are worthy of highlighting. The booking system allowed me to make an appt online with pictures - but instead of feeling like it was in a void, they contacted me right away to seek follow-ups. They contacted with with a picture of my technician, a write-up about him, and called to let me know when he would arrive. Once on site, our tech Cesar was so knowledgeable and patient. He worked with us extensively to identify the problem. He gave us a quote on the spot and stayed 9 hours to do ALL the work in 1 day. His diligence was incredible and I felt like he worked on our home as if it was his. He re-piped our water heater and replaced the system. It’s wonderful. Brooke was also awesome on calling the next day to schedule the county inspection. Overall I’m so happy we finally found a reliable plumbing company that doesn’t gouge prices or treat their customers poorly. Yay!

Same day service and an affordable price. Friday explained everything and did the job in a timely manner.

Been looking awhile for an electrician to repair a problem with our Lutron lighting system. Apparently, most electricians don’t have the knowledge or experience to do so, especially with older Lutron systems. Found Beacon Home Services, which sent out an electrician (Kevin) on the same day, who fixed the problem. Efficient, timely, qualified service!

We were extremely well satisfied with the service provided by Beacon Home Services. They have been our go-to for plumbing and electrical work. John Katsiotis provided excellent service and was very helpful in assessing what needed to be done and carrying out the job correctly and promptly. He also saw that one of our cabinet doors had come loose and on top of everything else he fixed it. Brooke did a great job coordinating the service and ensuing that we had it scheduled and done within the time frame we were available. Good work all around!

Jonathan was a friendly provider who worked a long time to diagnose, and even spent forever on hold with Kohler to find a replacement. In the end, he gave me his honest opinion on what we should do to go forward and it was actually the least expensive option.

Beacon is a very reliable business and we love Friday a senior technician who knows his stuff. He’s helped us on many occasion as well as a complete overhaul on our electrical panel.

Mack showed up on time and quickly worked to diagnose our issue and recommend some other overdue plumbing concerns that needed to be addressed. He clearly communicated his suggestions and what fixes were most critical. Update 1/14/2025: Christian came out to my house to address an electrical issue resulting from an electrical wire I had accidentally drilled through. He quickly identified the source of the problem, provided my options for the repair and some other items that were impacted by the damaged wiring, and fixed the issue.

Fast response time. Kept me informed of electrician's arrival schedule. Provided photo and bio of the electrician prior to his arrival. Knowledgeable and courteous. Presented options for resolution of our issue and did not try to oversell any of the options.

Thanks to Brooke and Cesar for our great service today! We were kept well informed about our plumber’s time of arrival. Got the leaking pipes fixed, the faucet running, and a new whisper quiet garbage disposal installed quickly and efficiently.

Will, Bryce, and Tyler were all very professional and thorough in fixing our electrical issues and replacing all outlets and switches in the home. They were efficient and knowledgeable, and kindly returned to replace some switches and outlets that were missed. The team did an excellent job and we would certainly choose Beacon Home Services for future projects. The only suggestion we would make for future improvement is to clean the areas of any debris after completing work and dispose of wire, screws, and plastic wrappers since some of the spaces included our toddler’s playroom.

He meticulously explained the potential issues and presented multiple plans to address them. His knowledge and approach left a lasting impression. Zachery executed 5 Star plumbing service in resolving any inspection preparations related to the sale of our house after 25 years. In addition to addressing and resolving the identified plumbing issues we called for he also addressed the issues an inspector would look at which could delay the sale of our house. Having gone through a recent home sale himself, he provided the insight to help us make rational repairs to water pressure regulator and shut off valve which had not been replaced in 25 years. Provided solutions to problems!. Customer service and demeanor were professional all the way and we were happy with Zachery and Beacon Home services. This review is a bit late, but Jarrett was awesome and quickly diagnosed and fixed our problem..he also went above and beyond on fixing other problems around the house. Highly recommend.

Finally, a contractor with employees who truly care. I'd give Jarrett 10 stars if I could, but 5 is the max. He never gave up on finding the problem with our electrical. He communicated problems as they were discovered and offered low to high cost solutions. Extremely knowledgeable, courteous, considerate, and tidy.

Jarrett was excellent. He hung a light fixture in our living room and it turned out great. Very friendly and completely the job very quickly.

I needed an electrician to install a garage space heater and Friday was the man for the job! He was prompt, thorough, and performed a professional installation that included running additional electrical lines from the basement circuit breaker panel to the garage on the other side of the home. He also installed three new outlets in the garage with dedicated breakers to power a treadmill and our garage door opener, which had previously shared power with lights/appliances inside the home and often exceeded power demand and tripped the breaker. Additionally, Rebecca was very helpful in ensuring scheduled appointment times were confirmed in advance and was flexible in rescheduling during the holidays. Thank you for the great work! Would definitely recommend and work again with this company.

Very helpful service from the Beacon team and their electrical team. We had multiple electrical issues that needed to be addressed.

I called Beacon about an ongoing issue with the electrical in our bedroom. We previously called another company who charged us an arm and a leg to “fix” the problem only to have it return two weeks later. Our technician, Friday, came in for the save and diagnosed and corrected the problem in less than an hour. He was very pleasant to talk to as well. I would highly recommend for electrical services.

I had Chris Merino come out for an estimate and the eventual service work, and he absolutely transformed my workshop into EXACTLY what I've been imagining for years. I had a dust collector requiring a 230v circuit, a paint booth requiring 115v, and the addition of multiple outlets for various tools and he created a streamlined, expertly-designed layout that was neater than ANY electrical work I've ever seen. Chris was courteous, kept the work areas clean, and super professional and knowledgeable. Hands-down one of THE best technicians I've had the pleasure of working with.

Awesome company! Kelvin came out to fix my bathroom light that was slowly falling down...and probably would have at 0400 because that's life! He was professional, funny, down to earth, and very detailed. He fixed the light and the box behind it....asked me if I needed any other work done or had any other questions about anything else electrical in the home....which i did not but I was very pleased he asked! Rebecca was polite and informative during the calls getting me scheduled and letting me know when Kelvin would arrive. Will definitely call agin if services are needed!

I submitted a work request late Wednesday night and received a call first thing Thursday morning. They said they could provide service the same day. I was on a limited time frame and narrow availability window, but Rebecca kept me updated as the day went on. When a technician was dispatched and on his way, I received a text with the technician’s name, picture, and ETA. I appreciated this! Shout out to Friday who was able to troubleshoot and fix the problem in less than 30 minutes! Amazing work, kind customer service, great professionalism, and reasonable pricing!

Will, Bryce, and Tyler did a great job today installing a dimmer switch for our chandelier along with replacing my doorbell transformer then helping me troubleshoot our new doorbell camera. Would recommend them to anyone who needs an electrician.

I would give more stars if I could!! I CANNOT say enough about the EXEMPLARY service we received from Bryce, Tyler and Will !!! From the moment I met them a year ago (due to personal reasons we had to delay the start of the project) we had instant chemistry and I felt like they cared about us and not just the job. They were respectful, responsive and very knowledgeable!! They assembled and installed 3 rather complex (multiple layers of crystals) chandeliers, one of which was in a 21 foot high foyer. They devised a plan to safely and effectively remove a chandelier from this height that weighed close to 70 pounds!!! We feel honored and blessed to have had them work on this project. They were very conscientious and respectful of our home and they are just genuinely good people. Special shout out to the brothers Bryce and Tyler and how well they work together and lend their expertise to the work. Their work ethic and professionalism is EXEMPLARY!!! As the senior technician, it is evident that Will has done a great job training them while allowing them to take the lead and learn as their skill level permits. For us, there is NO other choice but the team of Bottiny/Edwards.

We called Beacon to get a second quote for the replacement of a water heater. Zach arrived right on time for our appointment, and ensured that he understood our situation before taking measurements and offering suggestions. He then created a proposal with six water heater options and sat down with us to answer any and all questions, to educate us, and to help us make the best choice for our needs. I can’t recommend Mr. Lanham enough! He came over for a consultation after the light in my bathroom went out. Even though I wasn’t home when he arrived, he was incredibly kind and patient, waiting until I got there without any complaints. Once I arrived, he quickly diagnosed the issue as a broken light switch and got right to work. His professionalism and calm demeanor made the entire experience stress-free. The repair was done efficiently, and he even took the time to explain everything to me. If you’re looking for someone reliable, knowledgeable, and courteous, Mr. Lanham is the person to call!

Spent two days with Bryce and Will from Beacon - they were awesome. Bryce came to do a quote and start the work, and was joined by Will on Day #2. They diagnosed and fixed a number of our complicated electrical issues (one of which was a huge safety hazard caused by some contract work in our home), and took care to ensure the job was done right. They'll be our family's go-to electricians from here on out. (Also, the ladies I spoke to on the phone, one of which was Christina, were absolutely wonderful and helpful in setting up the appointment and following up after work was done!)

Hernain came to fix an electrical problem in our bathroom and he was pretty great! Rebecca at dispatch was also very helpful in communicating with us prior to Hernain's arrival. We also had Beacon come and fix our kitchen sink garbage disposal problem and they really are helpful, friendly and do a very good job, thorough job. Will definitely use again and recommend to friends too.

Just want to convey how happy I was with the service Beacon provided for some electrical work in a bathroom (installing new lighting). My technician Kevin Mendoza was very friendly and did a fantastic job on the project -- the new lighting looks great, was just what I was looking for. Would recommend to anyone!

David L was really good. He diagnosed the bath vent issue and explained options and provided recommendations. We did not move forward due to budget constraints but I would recommend Beacon and David L.

Had a separate issue this time around and I went back with Beacon. Glad I did! Juan was great! Walked me through everything he was doing to fix the issue. We were exceedingly happy with the team handling our project. Amy and Rebecca displayed great communication skills and had wonderful turnaround time. Jarrett was very personable and knowledgeable. Before leaving he also made sure that every switch was labeled before leaving, spending a long time finding the last few.

Called in and spoke with Rebecca and Kristina. They were able to find an electrician for me same day. I was scheduled at 10am to have someone come by at 135pm. Chris came by and looked over why my circuit breaker continued to trip. We looked over and solved the problem together. Chris was informative and made sure all my questions were answered. 10/10 would use Beacon again, this team was awesome.

Super easy process to do some daunting work - change our electrical panel. Shawn our electrician was beyond helpful, explaining everything to us as he went and ensuring we were comfortable along the way.

Updating stars just due to how they responded to my review. Very solid business practice. I’ll give them another try sometime. —————- I requested an estimate to install a 220v plug for my EV. Beacon quoted over $2,000, stating they would need to cut multiple holes in my drywall (which they wouldn’t repair) and that it could take a day or two to get the parts—despite the dispatcher saying they had everything on hand. I took the day off, expecting it would be completed that day. The price seemed very high, so I got a second estimate. Another electrician completed the job the same day for $800, only cut one hole (which he also repaired), and didn’t try to upsell me on extras I didn’t need.

We have used Beacon for two electrical services and one plumbing repair. The first time we needed an electrician for two bathroom exhaust fans in our house that we didn't have time to replace ourselves. Beacon sent Joshua out to help us and it was an excellent experience. He was super friendly and answered all the questions I had. He also gave me a couple options for the repair and I felt that he was very honest and knowledgeable instead of just trying to sell me the most expensive service. The second electrician, Jarrett was sent out to help us replace a junction box in a bedroom that had broken during an attempt to fix a previous owner's DIY. The repair was fast, and just like Joshua, he was super friendly and was happy to answer the million questions I had for him since I enjoy this kind of electrical work. The third time we called Beacon was for a leaking water pipe in our kitchen ceiling that feeds water to the pipes upstairs. They sent Jose, and was equally as awesome as the previous technicians we've had. Beacon technicians consistently perform well for us and we will contiue hiring them for future plumbing and electrical needs, so would recommend them to anyone else needing these services in the area as well!

First of all, I have to say that it was an absolute pleasure to work with Beacon. The dispatcher, Brooke, continually kept me informed as to the schedule and arrival of the technician. Then, when Bryan, the technician arrived, he quickly identified that there was something in the garbage disposal that was stopping the motor from turning. Rather than trying to sell me a new disposal, he simply used an Allen wrench to unjam the motor and get the disposal working again. In my experience, most other companies would have moved directly to the hard sale to replace the disposal, but not Beacon. I will definitely use them again in the future!

We had a significant amount of electrical work done through beacon - heavy up on our panel box (which also had to be moved about 25 feet), outlets, a bathroom fan installation, etc. Our home is 85 years old, which made the job complex. Our technicians, Maurice and Devin, were FANTASTIC. When they delivered our quote, they were very thorough in explaining the work we needed and took the time to find out what our long term plans are. The new panel and wiring looks amazing - very professional and tidy, which is hard to come by. The county inspector even remarked that it was one of the best jobs he has seen. 10/10 would recommend Beacon to anyone and everyone. Ask for Maurice and Devin!

We purchased an oven that would fit into a very tight space in our poorly designed kitchen. Beacon Home Services was up for the challenge, and they knocked it out of the park. Starting with Brooke at dispatch who kept us informed and notified us of any potential changes, to Zach who did the installation. Zach, who had to deal with this offbrand oven from China, and had every right to want to chuck it clean out a window. Instead he was patient, and kind, and funny throughout the entire installation, and made such an effort to make the job perfect. Our animals also loved him, which was great because our cat climbed him while he worked. Give that man a raise for having to deal with our household, holy cow. 100% recommend these lovely people!

Beacon’s service was lightning fast (came next day) and the technician (Milton) was extremely knowledgeable and explained several repair options. I can't praise Beacon Home Services enough. I called one day and they sent someone out the very next day to help me with electrical work. Joshua was my technician. He was very knowledgeable and extremely respectful and courteous. He basically spent a whole week working on my house. Specifically I needed an updated breaker box. My old one wasn't marked and did not have a main shut off switch. Josh worked hard and late and never let me without power. Rebecca always let me know when he would arrive and he was there on the dot. I highly recommend this company and will be calling them if I need anything in the future!

Juan from Beacon Electric arrived in time to repair a broken bathroom exhaust fan. While I had attempted to repair myself with a universal motor I purchased there was a mismatch between the new motor mounting screws and the old plate it attached to. He worked to find a way to piece it together and IT WORKED!! Also replaced several outlets in the kitchen that had stopped working. Very pleasant to talked with and certainly knowledgeable! Would recommend him for a raise!!
